The monitor arm feels solid. Easy to install.
Managed to install and adjust everything all by myself. Hold's my 24" and 21.5" very well.
It has cleared up so much space on my desk it feels more spacious now vs. 1 monitor setup I had previously.
4 stars (actually 4.5 stars) as the pole plastic cap came damaged. The hole at the top of the support pole cannot be sealed properly as the plastic cap is damaged. Nothing too severe or important but a pain to look at.
All in all I'm happy with the purchase.
Quality of material used is excellent and feel solid, installation is fairly easy and intuitive. Though the it'll be great if the instruction came with description as well instead of just pictures

however it seems like a little reaching to it's limit when it comes to holding up my x340 pro, there's a slight tilt and i dare not over tighten the screw. but it holds up my 24" well ! well build structure and mechanics are super smooth.
