You won't be able to find a 200hz with 27" monitor under 800, this is the cheapest yet awesome performance monitor you'll ever find, thanks to seller, ordered at 6th and arrived on the 9th, fast didn't expect the arrival to be this fast. Goodjob to the seller with the packaging. Really worth the price.
*Note: if you're using a laptop like mine and connect to the monitor and it says 120hz max, it's because you have a 1.4 hdmi port that isn't suitable for higher refresh rate monitor for your laptop to handle, you need a 2.0 or above to reach the max hz possible.*
Overall, this is a good and best price for a 27" with a 200hz.
