Just received the order next day when order the air-conditioner, and after 3 days , the installer is arrived at my house , very fast and friendly, used the air-conditioner and it's cool and easy to use

I can't provide a neutral review at the moment because issues arise with the ac in the second week after installation. Although your technician came over to inspect it and confirmed that the internal parts were loose, which caused the noise, the same problem has recently returned.
This time, I haven't contacted a technician yet because the noise isn't as frequent as before..it only happens once every few days.
Overall, I'm still in the observation stage regarding your product. As for the smart connection, it doesn't seem particularly "smart" compared to my Samsung devices. The air conditioner's Smart Control feature often disconnects or offline, requiring me to reset the settings in the app over and over again. As a result, I am reluctant to use your app anymore as it is faster for me to use the remote than the app to control the device.
