Good but cannot adjust the height of the arm.

It does what it's suppose to do!
Solid quality monitor arms, you can't complain at all when it's being offered at this price.
I was initially worried that the bending arm cannot clear the rear of my table that is attached to the wall, but I am glad to say with the help of a very helpful customer service officer, I managed to estimate the clearance space. The arm takes up less gap than my power/display cable, which protrude straight out and need about 10cm clearance to bend without damaging the ports/cables.
Everything is adjustable for the Vantage Dual, although there are some setup limitation compared to their more advanced arms, for example both VESA point must be at the same height and no integrated USB ports, but for my type of setup, it was perfect.
I highly recommend it for anyone with a more cluttered work space. The space you free up from having 2 monitor stand removed is tremendous, and height adjustable arm means after I lifted the arm to have my screen more level with my viewing angle, the space below my screens can now be to stow away other things like my speaker.
Package is packed nicely.
Instructions manual is straightforward.
