FoamJet is our deep-clean aircon service that goes beyond surface cleaning. Unlike basic services that only clean the front of the evaporator coil, FoamJet targets both the front and back — where dust and mould typically build up. This advanced method keeps your aircon performing at its best, reduces wear and tear, and prevents the need for chemical overhauls.

Not for well-maintained units. Chemical overhauls are invasive and may damage internal components if done too frequently. FoamJet keeps your aircon clean without harsh chemicals — a smarter, safer long-term solution.

Yes. Both indoor and outdoor units are serviced. Standard service covers up to 10ft (3m) height. For higher installations, additional charges may apply — our scheduling team will advise accordingly.

No. The extended warranty matches your subscription duration — a 1-year plan includes a 1-year extended warranty. If you choose to renew your plan, your extended warranty continues for as long as your subscription remains active.

Yes. Once approved, you can subscribe to a new plan for your new PRISM+ aircon, and we'll refund the unused balance from your precious plan.

We understand circumstances may change. As prepaid plans are offered at a discounted rate, they are non-refundable. We recommend choosing a plan duration that best fits your needs.

Standard warranty terms apply: 2 years general, 5 years (Luna) or 7 years (Luna Eco) for compressor. If your unit is out of warranty, service charges may apply.

We use branded, high-quality equipment with strict service protocols — unlike many contractors who may use generic tools. Every service is done to PRISM+ standards for long-term performance and reliability.

With PRISM+ Care, you’ll enjoy a complimentary chemical overhaul in the 6th year. Thanks to our FoamJet method, most units won’t need annual chemical overhauls. But if you’d like one done earlier for extra peace of mind, it’s available at a special rate of RM200 per session, separate from your subscription plan.

You may reschedule up to two times. From the third reschedule onwards, new slots will be subject to availability due to high demand.

Yes. We clean the filters, coils, and blower to ensure smooth airflow and cleaner, healthier air.

Standard servicing takes around 30-60 minutes per unit, depending on condition. For complimentary upgraded chemical service overhaul, it may take up to 1-3 hours.

Yes. Just let us know — we'll resume your servicing cycle once you're back, no service sessions lost.
