Performance:Held up Odyssey G9 + light bar no problem, 12+kg I believe
Aside from the sturdy functionality, I find that Prism+'s QC is absolutely horrendous.
I received an arm with bent plate where I couldn't mount my monitor at all at the final stages of installation.
Customer support is great help tho, sent me replacement in about a week.
BUTTTTT.... Huge but because the replacement I receive has a faulty gas strut where the arm couldn't handle any weight even with the manual tightening.
In the end, I had to DIY and swap the bent plate out from the original first arm I received because the original one has a proper working gas strut.
So Prism+, a message to you all is pls step up your QC, it's not fun receiving 2 faulty products in a row.
