PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty

The PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty provides additional protection for washers, extending coverage by either 3 or 6 years beyond the standard 2-year warranty. This warranty covers both mechanical and electrical defects, giving you peace of mind by including expenses related to labor, service, repairs, and replacements up to the purchase price of the appliance (after any store voucher deductions). If an appliance is determined to be beyond economical repair, a replacement will be offered. To qualify for the warranty, customers must purchase it within 30 days of buying or receiving the appliance. Repairs are carried out by PRISM+ engineers or trained and authorized service partners using new, original parts. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic issues. The coverage will end once the limit is reached, the product has been replaced, or the specified coverage period concludes.

Contract Termination

  • Cumulative repair costs have exceeded the purchase price of the product.
  • The product is replaced if it is deemed to be beyond economical repair.
  • After contract period ends.
  • The purchase price is calculated after subtracting any discounts from the PRISM+ Store. This does not include any platform or non-PRISM+ vouchers.
  • If the product is replaced, the extended warranty will be void.
  • The warranty does not cover any self-induced damages. Any costs associated with part replacements or labor due to self-induced damages will be chargeable.

What is the coverage limit?

The coverage provided by the PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty is limited to the retail price of your appliance, after deducting any PRISM+ store vouchers. The total amount spent on repairs and replacements for your appliance shall not exceed this coverage limit. The extended warranty will expire when the coverage limit is reached or when the appliance is replaced, whichever occurs first.

What is not covered by the Premium Extended Warranty?

  • Unauthorized modifications made to the appliance.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from burglary, theft, corrosion, animal and insect infestation, misuse, neglect, abuse, natural disasters, or an act of God.
  • Cosmetic defects, as well as accidental or intentional physical damage.
  • Consumable items (including batteries)
  • External faults, including issues like wiring problems, electrical connections, and more.

What happens if my appliance is beyond repair?

The PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty will replace the product only if it is deemed beyond economical repair with a like-for-like new product (subject to coverage limits, after deducting store vouchers and cumulative repair costs from the product purchase price).
