Great quality monitor arm! bought during 11.11 sale quite worth it - but note the cable management compartment is quite small could only fit a few cables and was a struggle to fit

The arm is very easy to assemble. It's very sturdy & hold my 5.6kg monitor very well. Also, I want to praise Prism+ for their excellent service. I received a faulty unit at first - unable to move the arm up and down no matter how much I tried to adjust it so I dm them for assistance. I already clicked order received so I was worried that I was unable to do any return. I was amazed with how quick their staff handled my issue. They allowed one-to-one exchange and arranged all the pickup & shipping for the exchange and always keep me up-to-date with the issue. Honestly, thank you for the great services!
